A complete map of every section of the FINCA website and app, what exists today versus what the brand should ship as it leaves concept stage. Anchored to the activation loop join → attend → reconnect → return → pay, and to the locked brand register set out in AI Design Instructions v2.0.
Today's site is a polished concept landing page with a strong narrative spine (Tables · How It Works · This Week · Passport) but no working booking, application, or commercial-clarity layers, and several footer links that point to anchors that do not exist. The recommended structure adds the depth required to ship, pricing, policy, application flow, a real Cities directory, and the editorial pillars (Journal, Atlas, After Dark) the brand has already commissioned content for.
V1 is eleven mobile screens, anchored to the activation loop join → attend → reconnect → return → pay. The recommended V1.1 keeps every screen and adds the two business layers the masterplan already specifies in detail: Atlas, the visual discovery feed, and the deeper Passport Perks tab, the surfaces that turn FINCA from an events tool into a daily-use product and a two-sided marketplace.
FINCA does not ship a Members tab. The competitive set (Soho House, Nomad List, Timeleft, supper-club apps) all do, and all of them produce the same outcome, performative profiles, swipe-adjacent behaviour, and inboxes full of strangers. FINCA's directory is structurally different: it is consent-gated, time-gated, and earned through the room. The brand surfaces below are FINCA's directory, they replace the Members tab one stage of the loop at a time.
"Profile = trust, not browse-bait. Identity is contextual: the host uses it to greet by name, not for swiping."
