What this is

This is the founders' working hub: the single link where the FINCA concept notes, execution plan, app design and build documentation, operating system and decision log live in full detail. Current operating reality

Michelle is remotely leading the creation and design of the app: product vision, screens, design system and brand, working with the full design brief and build spec below. Mike leads partners, revenue and on-the-ground commercial development in Mexico City. The room comes first; the app productizes what the room proves.

How updates work

This hub is rebuilt from the FINCA working files in iCloud (the numbered folder system: strategy, brand, web & app, decks, operations). When a document changes, the hub is redeployed and this link stays the same. Ask Claude in the FINCA project to update any section, add a new document, or publish a fresh revision.
